Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled at any time before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Approved cancellations made before shipment are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, which covers payment processing fees, administrative costs, and order handling expenses. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

If an order contains custom, personalized, made-to-order, pre-order, or special-order items, it may not be canceled once production or procurement has begun, even if the order has not yet shipped.

Hey Greeks reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, inventory availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment. If Hey Greeks cancels an order, the customer will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
