Free Economy Shipping (Orders $99+)

Hey Greeks offers Free Economy Domestic Shipping on all pre-tax orders of $99 or more.

  • This is the slowest shipping method available.

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–12 business days after your order ships.

  • Transit times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other external factors.

Guaranteed Shipping

The only guaranteed shipping service Hey Greeks offers is:

  • UPS Next Day Air® Early

  • UPS Next Day Air®

  • UPS Next Day Air Saver®

  • UPS Ground

  • UPS 3 Day Select

All other shipping methods provide estimated, not guaranteed, delivery windows. If you need reliable, time-sensitive delivery, please select one of the above guarantee shipping service options at checkout.

Carriers We Use

We ship using the following carriers:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • DHL

  • FedEx

We reserve the right to choose the carrier for any free economy domestic shipment based on speed, cost, reliability, package size, or destination.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but can be purchased in advance.

  • Ship dates for all pre-order items are listed in the product name of each pre-order listing.

  • If a pre-order item is purchased together with non–pre-order items, the entire order will ship together based on the latest pre-order ship date in your order.
    If you need non–pre-order items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.

Navidium Package Protection

Protect your order with Navidium Package Protection, available at checkout.

  • Covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • If Navidium is purchased, we will assist directly with replacements and resolution.

  • Claims must be submitted within the timeframe outlined in the Navidium policy.

If Navidium is NOT purchased:

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier takes possession.

  • Customers must file claims directly with the carrier.

  • We may provide tracking information or documentation needed but cannot replace or refund uninsured shipments.

Order Processing Times

  • Standard processing time: 2–4 business days.

  • Processing time is separate from transit time.
    Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or fees due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

  • Packages returned to us will require additional shipping fees to resend.

International Shipping

  • International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees required by their country.
