Return Window
- Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your order. After 7 days, we are unable to process returns.
Return Shipping Fee
- Return Shipping: There is a $15 flat-rate return shipping fee for all returns, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@heygreeks.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will provide you with return instructions.
Restocking Fee
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee will be deducted from the refund for your return.
Clearance & Final Sale Items
- Final Sale: All items marked as "clearance" or "final sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
Condition of Returned Items
- Return Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items that have been worn, used, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus the return shipping fee ($15) and restocking fee (15%).
